Last Sunday Jeff and I had a day off together (Alex was at her grandparents)
We went to the Paint Mines and took a loooong hike.
I made some Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
They were really good and really chocolaty.
They were awesome chilled in the fridge & not as messy.
It's Spring Break for Alex.
She & I had some mother/daughter bonding and went to the mall to get her ears pierced.
It was really cool.
We had a cold snap today, so Orbit and I are just chillin.
And that is our exciting life in Calhan, CO (pop. 1000... yee-haw)
